Role Description:

The Technical Trainer at Roriri Software Solutions is responsible for designing and delivering high-quality training programs in various technical domains. This role requires expertise in technical subjects, effective communication skills, and the ability to tailor training sessions to diverse audiences. The trainer will work closely with teams to upskill employees, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring they acquire the necessary technical knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:

• M.Sc. in computer science, B.Sc. in computer science, BCAology, or related fields.
• Strong expertise in programming languages, software tools, or technologies relevant to the training.
• Proven experience in conducting technical training sessions or workshops.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple manner.
• Certification in training, instructional design, or relevant technical certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver technical training programs to employees, clients, or other stakeholders.
• Develop training materials such as presentations, guides, and hands-on exercises.
• Evaluate trainee performance through assessments, tests, or practical activities.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to incorporate into training content.
• Provide constructive feedback to trainees and suggest areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with teams to identify training needs and customize sessions accordingly.
• Support employees and clients in applying the acquired knowledge to real-world scenarios.
